Il progetto KOETE nasce durante la realizzazione di alcuni disegni a matita ed acquerello che stavo preparando per il progetto di interni di un appartamento.

Probabilmente è un prequel di Simple Housing o forse ne è solo compagno postumo.

è una scrittura veloce, pigra, di pancia, ma al contempo serena. 

Sono disegni buttati giù durante la colazione, le pause pranzo in studio o dopo cena sul tavolo della cucina; per questo motivo il titolo quasi sempre fa riferimento a cibi ed ai loro colori, ai colori delle cose che me ne hanno ispirato la mescola.

I volumi sono spesso semplici e ritratti in prospettiva, le ombre quasi sempre azzerate, libere, leggere, ombre spensierate, a talvolta distorte ed a formare esse stesse un luogo da godere.

The KOETE project was born while I was creating some pencil and watercolor drawings I was preparing for the interior design of an apartment.

It's probably a prequel to Simple Housing, or perhaps just a posthumous companion.

It's a fast, lazy, instinctive writing style, yet at the same time serene.

They're drawings jotted down during breakfast, lunch breaks in the studio, or after dinner at the kitchen table; for this reason, the title almost always refers to foods and their colors, the colors of the things that inspired me to mix them.

The volumes are often simple and portrayed in perspective, the shadows almost always zeroed out, free, light, carefree shadows, sometimes distorted, and themselves forming a place to be enjoyed.
